I can't say enough good things about this company. They were a little understaffed today, but they still were able to get my car fixed and every one was very friendly and the prices are fair.

Wanted to share my experience with carma. I have taken my vehicles to multiple places in my life and I have been happy with a few. But I have never experienced what carma provided for us. Total family feeling top notch in all aspects. Calls returned immediately could not be more satisfied. Will definitely be back. Thank again.

Thanksgiving is a crazy time as is but even worse when you blow a tire and mess up your fuel neck in the process in the fast lane of the interstate. After we got the spare on we managed to drive 4 miles to CARma and were met with immediate care! The service was outstanding! After calling every part store, dealer, and junk yard with no luck finding the part, they not only took care of the tires, but managed to get creative to fix the fuel neck better than what it was before. The customer service felt like we were family and the engenuity was genius! I would recommend them to EVERYONE that has the pleasure to be in the area. Either local or passing through! Thank you everyone for your hard work and genuine care at CARma!

Moira and her staff at Carma Auto Care took care of my truck maintenance needs today. I went in for an oil change, coolant flush and tansmission fluid and filter change and also had them do a few other checks that were concerning me. She showed me on my truck what I was experiencing and that it wasn't a safety issue or that it needed to be replaced right away, however I appreciated the detail she took in explaining it to me and what the expenses will be when I decide to bring it in for the corrective repairs. Her staff was very friendly & kept me posted while I waited for the repairs to be completed. They have earned a repeat customer and I will spread the word of their excellent customer service and honesty!

I can't say enough about Carma. When our van stopped for no reason Moira and Steve came and got me from Gulfstream and rescued the van. They brought me back to work, fixed the van and returned it to my building. Now we take all our cars there for service and any repairs we need. I won't do business with anyone else!

Great. The staff/owners are very friendly when you walk in and the work they do is quality. Went in for a break switch and they fixed it in about ten minutes flat, I wasn't even done giving them my information. I went in again because I thought the squaling I was hearing were from my rear drum breaks. They called back and said "Theres actually nothing wrong here. We'd love to take your money but your brakes looks fine. Perfect even.". Any other car place would have charged me $300 for work I didn't need. CarMa is a reputable and trustworthy business and I definitely will be returning here for any other car repairs/service I need!

I had a problem with my vehicle not cranking this morning and thought it would require a new (very expensive) battery to fix. Carma tested the battery, the alternator and the starter and diagnosed the problem as merely a loose terminal to battery connection and charged me absolutely nothing for their services. I will remain a repeat customer and will continue to recommend them to others.

Moira was so helpful!! My car was flooded during a storm and I was having some delays with my insurance company and she always kept me in the loop and even offered to help with the insurance process. I was super stressed but CARma Auto Care keep in contact every step of the way and even included pictures and updates throughout the process. Highly recommend!! I was new to the area and was nervous to trust my car with a place I've never worked with before, but I can say I'm so glad I chose them!

Been to Carma several times now since moving into the area for my aging vehicle. They do well at keeping appointment times, charging reasonable rates for parts and labor and pointing out areas that will need to be watched. The owner makes sure that the work is done right. They even have dropped me off at work and delivered the car after it was complete. I'll keep coming here as long as I work in the area.

What an awesome company with the best of staff. I was so thankful to find them in the midst of car trouble, while traveling out of state last weekend. I was greeted with a warm welcome, the service was top notch and I was back on the road in a flash. You don't find places like this anymore- a true gem!

I have used their service for all four of my used cars, including my BMW. I really like the convenience of leaving my vehicle with them while I travel for work, as well as the fact that they will shuttle me back and forth from the airport. They have competitive prices as well. I also like the links to their inspection reports that they send me electronically, which include photos as well as a detailed summary.

During hurricane MATHEW, my car began to drive with a terrible shake. I took it to one shop and it was there three days with no action or answers. I called CARma in a panic!! Not only did Moira calm me down she assured me she would get to the bottom of it. Having health issues, my car is a must. Within an hour she had my car towed and in her shop. Soon thereafter I had a diagnosis and confirmation of the problem with a detailed report and video!! I can't say enough. During a stressful time when our city was under distress, and out of power, etc. I was taken care of!! Again, words cannot express my gratitude.

Exceptional customer service, like no other! I dropped my car off on the way to the airport. They not only dropped me off at the airport, but they sent me diagnostic photos throughout the process. I was still able to see what was going on with my car when I wasn't there. When I flew back into town, my car was ready and parked in Valet at the airport for me! I'm BEYOND impressed with CARma!

It was nice to find somewhere that was really interested in taking care of their customers and their vehicles instead of just pushing you aside if the service department couldn't upsell you. Everyone, from the owner to the service department are gearheads, and that's nice for a change.

I first met Moira because I was LIVID regarding poor service/ work I received from national Box chain. Because I maintained my vehicle, I KNOW I was being lied to. She had no easy job going after the damage they had caused( only reimbursed $500) for over thousands of damage!!! Due to the Urgencency of my needs and recent health issues, I was in dire need for myself and family!! She and her staff surpassed my expectations!! Major work was needed. Although my Lexus may never be the same, they saved her!!! No doubt and proof and documents to corroborate!! Never unable to reach the team and language backed by facts and diagnostics!! I'm a forever client!! She won my confidence by action and clearly exceeding my expectations. I verified with a very Respectable auto Proffesor at Savannah Tech and he confirmed what I knew at that point!! It was through his reputation that Big Box refunded my $$!! I could have been killed from the damage that was done before she was Team Sandy!! Wheels were falling off my car on the highway!!! So, you can imagine my demeanor by the time I became a CARma client!! Excellent local shop!!

I have been looking for a local shop to do business with for a while now. had my oil changed today, was very pleased with the service and with the staff. I will be returning for service in the future.

I know it’s hard to find that service mechanic that tells you straight. Many try to up-sale you services that’s not necessary, like others in the Savannah area. It’s frustrating I know. I have been a long time customer with the owner and they have serviced all of my vehicles from oil change, complete brake replacement , to tire patches, and so many to mention here. To let everyone know that Carma has the knowledge to tackle every vehicle! One time I saw a Bentley in the shop. WOW! To add I have four vehicles; 74 Super Bug Vert, 98 Tacoma, 08 Tacoma and 05 Porsche BoxterS. And they serviced them all.

Great service and friendly staff.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service. A full service facility with great prices and customer service. Steve gave me a ride to Sneads to have lunch and a cold one while I waited. Can't beat that with a stick and he was back to pick me up in no time. They gave my car a good once over and gave me a report on the condition of my car. My car got a great report with the exception of my brakes which I already knew would be needing attention. They didn't try to up-sell me with a bunch of bogus repairs to get more money out of me. Honesty...what a concept. I'm loyal to that and will be back.

Every conversation I had with all involve was a pleasant one. They made me feel like I was their only customer. The work was done on-time and as quoted! Above and Beyond!!

Had the "classic" dead battery in the parking garage, got a jump, from that restart my mind was uneasy because of the time it took for the engine to take, got the vehicle going went to my lunch appointment. Car would not start after lunch, again! I decided to head direct to CARma Auto Care, I had seen their ad and they were on my way to my next meeting. They had me in and out of their so that I was only 7 minutes late for my next appointment that I was going to reschedule. Here is why I am writing this review: 1)They were Professional, 2) I was shown the test result of the Alternator, 3) Once I agreed to proceed, the part was ordered (the longest part of the wait was for the part to arrive) I was kept abreast of their progress. 4) I was not upsold on a battery, they tried to see if the old one was still redeemable ! 5) I did not feel like I was at their mercy price wise, I had a feeling of genuine concern for me in my plight. 6) I was made aware of a few other items that I will need to keep an eye on for future. There was none of the doom and gloom you must fix this right now.

Called day prior for a safety inspection on a recent online car purchase from out of state. Moira quickly accommodated me and Dozier and the rest of her team did a very detailed inspection and provided a very thorough report of their recommendations.

I was on storm in Savannah and I need an all change and they took me right away it was a great thing. He was military man and he was station on USS Saratoga and I was commander of American Legion and I had a photograph given to me by a Navy Commander of the USS Saratoga so I took a picture of it and sent it to him he was very grateful. had trouble w/ our custom handicap van on long trip down I95. just happened to get off by Savannah airport for hotel, and found Carma on internet very close by. walked in at 8am next day- they diagnosed and repaired our leak issue (which included a newly fabricated custom hydraulic hose) in less than 4 hours- literally done before noon. staff was great- friendly, personable, but most important- knowledgeable and efficient. can't thank them enough. van now operating as it should, and minimal down time . thank you Carma.

Just started a job nearby. Brought my car in for an oil change. They identified a couple of pending issues and included pictures with their message so I could see what was going on. Good individual service; you're not just a number here. I definitely will be back.

This was a difficult repair. Difficult to pinpoint. Difficult to get the correct parts. Difficult to complete. But they did it. It also helps that Moira's sense of humor is just as warped as mine. My only gripe would be having to clean up the grease on the interior from the technicians.

Had this facility diagnose my Mustang rattle issue. (Catalytic Converters were clogged). After having another shop listen to the rattle, I was told it sounded (possibly) like a transmission shield rattle. I listened to it as well, and it did truly sound like it was coming from the transmission case. I made an appointment to have the transmission thoroughly checked. I called Moira at CARMA to let her know that it appeared to be a transmission issue instead of an exhaust problem. She said she would be sure to speak to her technician about the car. A day later, the car gave every indication that it had blown a head gasket. I already had the new Cats in the trunk ready to install, and this happened on a Sunday, not far from home. I had the car towed to the other nearby facility, where I was told the initial issue was not the transmission - or a blown head gasket - but severely clogged Cat Converters. (What CARMA had initially diagnosed). So - that issue was repaired and the plugs replaced, and the car ran like it was new. That being said, I later received a very nice follow up call from CARMA, telling me they appreciated the call, and wanted make sure there were no problems. I explained what had happened with my car, and also clarified that their diagnoses was correct, and that the car gave (even the tech) every indication that it had blown a head gasket, but all was ok now. I can't recall receiving a call like that from ANY repair facility. Now - I have a front wheel bearing going out. I'll be having the work done at CARMA. MD

I have been sending various trucks to this company for a while now. I manage a large fleet of trucks, and also take my own vehicle there as needed. Everyone is very friendly and professional. All issues found are explained well and pictures are taken of all issues. If you are on site, the technicians will bring you into the shop and show you what the issue is. The pricing is much lower than other shops in the area, which is why I initially started using this company. I have never been less than fully satisfied and tell everyone in need of repairs or maintenance to take their vehicles here.

I had a couple of my cars serviced here. What I appreciate most is their focus on meaningful communication with customers including text and email messaging with photos of problem areas. I also found the mechanics very personable, especially Corey. I will return and recommend this business to others without hesitation.

I travel out of SAV every Monday and return on Thursdays. Therefore I hate to spend my home time on car service. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have a part replace that I had had quoted from the dealer (but again didn't want to spend personal time to get service done). CARma was able to complete the oil change, replace the part and found a loose bracket on my exhaust system they could weld before it was a bigger problem. All while I was out of town (they were in contact for approval on parts/labor though). I will certainly use this facility for any future needs.

I have had Carma work on my vehicle several times. Their work has always been done correctly the first time and at a fair price. During one oil change, their mechanic performed a safety check and let me know that the brake pads were worn down. They were able to get replacement pads and install them during the same appointment I had for my oil change. After leaving their shop, there was a noticeable improvement with my braking. I know when my vehicle is there, it will get their full attention for top notch service and repairs.

Carma has always been great, especially if I have an emergency. Great with be proactive on what may need to be done for my car in future and how to prioritize those repairs.
